Dr. Samadi Appointed as Head of UNJ Environmental and Campus Management Unit for the 2026–2031 Term

Jakarta, July 21, 2026 — The Faculty of Social Sciences and Law (FISH), Universitas Negeri Jakarta (UNJ), extends its congratulations to Dr. Samadi, S.Pd., M.Si. on his appointment as Head of the Environmental and Campus Management Unit of Universitas Negeri Jakarta for the 2026–2031 term.

The appointment reflects Universitas Negeri Jakarta's trust in Dr. Samadi to lead the University's environmental and campus management initiatives in a more strategic, sustainable, and impactful manner, in line with UNJ's vision of becoming an excellent university that delivers meaningful contributions to society.

As a member of the FISH UNJ academic community, Dr. Samadi has consistently demonstrated a strong commitment to environmental stewardship, campus management, and the development of a healthy academic ecosystem. His academic expertise and extensive contributions to environmental initiatives are expected to strengthen the implementation of strategic sustainability programs across the University.

In his new role, Dr. Samadi is expected to advance the development of a greener, cleaner, safer, and more sustainable campus environment. Beyond maintaining campus facilities and infrastructure, environmental management also encompasses fostering a culture of environmental awareness and responsibility among faculty members, administrative staff, students, and the broader university community.

FISH UNJ fully supports collaborative initiatives to be carried out through the Environmental and Campus Management Unit, including environmental education, integrated waste management, campus greening programs, resource efficiency, and the development of an inclusive and environmentally friendly campus for all members of the academic community.
